Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 August 2026. This policy explains what TruPoint LLC collects when you contact us or hire us to prepare a Nevada document, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
TruPoint LLC is a registered and bonded Nevada Document Preparation Service operating from 8784 S. Maryland Pkwy, Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89123. You can reach us on (702) 965-3030, at info@trupointdeeds.com for intake questions, or at quinnie@trupointdeeds.com for document preparation.
What we collect
We collect only what a document actually requires. Depending on the service, that includes:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address
- The property address, assessor’s parcel number and legal description
- The full legal names and mailing addresses of everyone named on the document
- Copies of recorded deeds, trust documents, divorce decrees and certified death certificates where the document requires them
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by us
Documents we prepare become public record
This is the most important thing on this page. A deed or affidavit recorded with a Nevada county recorder becomes a public record. Names, the property address and the legal description are visible to anyone who searches the county index, and many counties publish those indexes online. That is how the recording system works and it is not something we control or can undo.
Documents that are not recorded — a living trust, a certificate of trust, a small estate affidavit handed to a bank — do not become public through us.
Communications with us are not privileged
Nevada law is explicit about this and we would rather you hear it from us. A Document Preparation Service is not a law firm, and communications with us do not carry attorney-client privilege. If your situation involves something you need to discuss in confidence, speak with an attorney.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only where the work requires it:
- County recorders — documents submitted for recording, which then become public record as described above
- Our electronic recording platform — used to submit documents to Nevada counties
- Our intake and case management provider — used to collect your information securely and manage the matter
- Our payment processor — which handles card details directly
- A notary — our partner notary, when you sign by video or, as a South Las Vegas resident, in person at our office
- Where the law requires it — in response to a lawful request, court order or regulatory enquiry, including from the Nevada Secretary of State
How we protect it
Documents and personal information are held in access-controlled systems and shared only with the people working on your matter. Please do not email highly sensitive material such as full Social Security numbers unless we have asked for it and told you how to send it.
Analytics, cookies and the map
We do not run analytics on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
One exception is worth naming. Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the office. That embed is served by Google and may set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address, in the same way it would on any site using a Google Map. If you would rather avoid it, our address is 8784 S. Maryland Pkwy, Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89123, and you do not need the map to use the site.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@trupointdeeds.com. Two limits apply: we cannot alter or withdraw a document that has already been recorded with a county, and Nevada law requires a Document Preparation Service to keep certain client records, so some information must be retained even after a request to delete.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, other than the details of a minor named in a document a parent or guardian has asked us to prepare, such as a name change petition.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about any of it can go to info@trupointdeeds.com or (702) 965-3030, in English or Vietnamese.
