Meet Quinnie Do
Quinnie founded TruPoint and leads a small team of document preparers working under the firm’s Nevada registration. Whether your property sits in Las Vegas, Reno, Pahrump or Elko, the same office prepares the document, provides signing instructions and submits it to your county recorder.
Quinnie is a native English and Vietnamese speaker, an IRS-registered tax return preparer and an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. Notarization is provided in the office by a commissioned Nevada notary public who partners with the firm.

Maryland Pkwy, Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89123, and prepares and electronically records documents in all 17 Nevada recording jurisdictions: Clark, Washoe, Carson City, Douglas, Lyon, Nye, Elko, Churchill, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Mineral, Pershing, Storey, White Pine, Esmeralda and Eureka. As of 2026, county recording fees run $37 to $43 depending on the jurisdiction, and the Real Property Transfer Tax is $1.95 per $500 of value statewide, $2.55 in Clark County and $2.05 in Washoe and Churchill Counties.
A Nevada deed records in the county where the property sits, not where the owner lives. That is why a property owner in California, Arizona or overseas can still transfer a Las Vegas or Reno home without travelling: intake, document review, notarization and electronic submission are all handled remotely.
Electronic submission is available through the recorders’ approved e-recording networks. Where a jurisdiction does not accept electronic submission for a particular instrument, we say so before you pay and describe the alternative path.

Carson City is a consolidated municipality rather than a county, but it records deeds the way a county does — which is why Nevada has 17 recording jurisdictions and not 16.

Complete the intake form from wherever you live, in about ten minutes. Tell us the Nevada property, who is coming off the deed and who is going on.
2. Written quote first
We read it, email you about anything missing, then send a written disclosure, a contract naming the total, and one payment link. Nothing is drafted until you approve it.
3. We draft it
We draft the deed and the Declaration of Value for the county the property sits in, settle the exemption question, and email the documents with plain signing instructions.
4. You sign where you live
Sign before any notary near you, in your own city or state, and scan or photograph the signed pages back. Clark County clients may also use our partner notary in office or by mobile visit.
5. Recorded and returned
We submit it electronically to the correct Nevada county the same day you sign. Counties typically complete recording within the same day to three business days, and the recorded copy comes back to you by email.
