Already sent us your questionnaire and live in South Las Vegas? Pick a time below to visit our office at 8784 S. Maryland Pkwy, Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89123. At your visit you go over your deed, sign with our partner notary and pay. A confirmation is emailed to you.

Your answers let us pull your recorded deed, confirm the parcel number and current vesting, and send your written disclosure and contract with the total, so your deed can be prepared before your visit. It takes about ten minutes, or call (702) 965-3030 or book a free phone or video call and we will complete it with you, in English or Vietnamese.

Before your visit
- Sign the written disclosure and contract we email you. Nevada requires both before we prepare your deed. Payment is due at your visit, and you receive a signed receipt.
- Bring a current government-issued photo ID for each person signing.
- Bring a copy of your recorded deed if you have one.
- Notarization with our partner notary at the office is $15 for the first signature and $7.50 for each additional signature by the same person.
