Can my Nevada deed be prepared without using a computer? Yes, by phone or video.

Yes. TruPoint, a registered and bonded Nevada Document Preparation Service, completes the intake questionnaire with you by phone or video at no charge, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. You tell us about the property and what you want to happen. We prepare the deed and the Declaration of Value at your direction from $250, text you the contract and payment link, and submit the signed deed to the county the same day we receive it.

Many owners would rather talk to a person than type into a form, especially about the family home. A phone or video appointment gives you the same one-on-one conversation as a desk visit, from your kitchen table, in any of Nevada’s 17 counties or from out of state.

Can you tell me which deed I need on the call?

We explain what each Nevada deed does, and you choose the one you want. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. Once you decide, we prepare it from $250.
